For you, O Lord, have made me glad by your work; at the works of your hands, I sing for joy! - Psalm 92:4 Joan Kenney has served Bridgewater United Methodist Church as the Sanctuary Choir since 1979. She works with church and guest musicians to glorify God through music in services. She enjoys working with all ages and encourages interested people to contact her. Joan graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Music Education degree and spent her career teaching elementary music in Augusta and Rockingham County Public Schools. She lives in Bridgewater with her husband, Dennis, and enjoys spending time with her family especially her 4 grandchildren, Melanie, Robert, Haley, and Eileen.
