Bible Study Continues this Sunday, March 23th
For immediate release: A quick study of the Gospel According to Mark will be offered for five Sundays during Lent beginning March 16. Following morning worship, Jim Tongue will lead the short sessions from 11:15 AM to 11:45 AM in the Fellowship Hall. Please let the office know if child care is needed.
Mark presents the earliest story of Jesus as he heard it from Peter. He wrote it for believers under probably the most intense persecution since the stoning of Stephen. Reading Mark in Lent quickly tells the gospel which from beginning to end moves toward the cross and resurrection. Good news, indeed!
